Stowers services merchandise at no charge for a period of one year from the date of delivery if determined by Stowers to be defective due to workmanship or materials. Service on merchandise purchased at Stowers will be performed at current service rates when damage is due to (1) excessive use, (2) abuse, (3) incorrect care of cleaning, (4) exposure to direct sunlight, or (5) extreme humidity or temperature conditions. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading or shrinking.
Stowers reserves the right to repair rather than exchange.
Stowers assumes no liabilities for consequential damages or for any damages caused by the service personnel other than those employed by Stowers. Moreover, we will not be responsible for the failure of any cleaning or soil resisting process or product.
All other warranties, except those provided by the manufacturer directly to the customer, are null and void.
Special Order / Custom Order Cancellations:
- If a special order / custom order can be cancelled with the manufacturer, the deposit will be refunded.
- If a special order / custom order CANNOT be cancelled with the manufacturer, the deposit will be retained as a restocking fee.
- Custom orders include cut yardage, wallpaper, custom window treatments, carpets, custom rugs, arm covers, accent pillows, and re-upholstery.
Layaway / Hold Orders: 25% DEPOSIT REQUIRED
Merchandise may be held for up to 90 days. Cancellation of merchandise held over 30 days – deposit will be forfeited.
